On December 21st, 2012 -winter solstice-, at exactly 11:11 am comes the end of a 25,625-year cycle of our Galaxy, which has been very precisely measured by one of the most advanced astronomers on the planet, The Mayans.

"The Maya were very sophisticated mathematicians. They were perfectly comfortable calculating events into the millions of years, specifically down to the day and hour. They were also great astronomers, and could calculate lunar eclipses, solar eclipses and so on.
